Admission to the concert is guaranteed by a ticket/wristband purchased in advance or at a local Piletilevi sales point, the presence of which will be checked at the entrance/gate. Hearing protection is strongly recommended for visitors under 10 years of age.
Getting to the Concert
If possible, come without a car. Parking around the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds is difficult. To make transportation as convenient as possible on the day of the concert, the city of Tartu offers all visitors free use of public transportation. A concert ticket is proof of the right to ride the bus. Parking in green areas or in places not designated for this purpose is punishable by a fine. Car parking tickets are on sale at Piletilevi.
When travelling to the concert, please pay attention to roadworks and traffic restrictions near the Song Festival Grounds, as the intersection of F.R. Kreutzwald Street and F. Tuglas Street will be closed during this period.

Information about deposit packages
Deposit utensils will be used in the event area. The process is simple: 3 euros are collected for each deposit item, and when you return the cup, you will be refunded 2 euros for the deposit, with 1 euro remaining as a recycling fee. This initiative ensures that we collectively contribute to environmental protection, keeping Estonian nature clean, and eliminating single-use plastic waste. By charging a recycling fee, we can cover the costs associated with the service, including the collection, cleaning, and transportation of reusable items. We believe that sharing these responsibilities will bring long-term benefits to all involved.
How to request a deposit refund:
Keep the deposit cups: Do not throw away deposit cups and dishes in the trash. Instead, keep them with you and reuse them throughout the event.
Return to designated locations: bars and deposit tents will serve as return points. See the event area-plan for the locations of bars and deposit tents.
Deposit refund in cash: Once you have returned the deposit items, you can receive your deposit back in cash.
We thank you for your support and understanding in this important environmental endeavor. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact us. Explore the more detailed information about the deposit utensils.
