Campaign Rules

1. Live Nation Estonia's "Concert Week" campaign will take place from 09.10.2024 to 22.10.2024 incl. The organizer of the campaign is Live Nation Estonia OÜ; registry code: 10676276; address: Harju county, Tallinn, Staapli tn 4-33, 10415.

2. The procedure for conducting the campaign is established by the organizer in these rules. All decisions of the organizer during the campaign are final and binding on all campaign participants.

3. The prize of the campaign is 2025 annual passes to events organized by Live Nation Estonia for two winners. The organizer reserves the right to choose the ticket category. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. To participate in the campaign, you must register as a member of the Live Nation Estonia concert club by 22.10.2024 at the latest. Everyone who has registered and subscribed to the newsletter before 22.10.2024 incl. participates in the campaign. You can register as a member at https://www.livenation.ee/register 

5. The winners of the prizes will be announced after the winner's draw on Live Nation Estonia's official social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram. The campaign organizer will contact the winner by e-mail. The winner must respond to the organizer's email within 48 hours after receiving the winning notification, if this has not been done within 48 hours, we have the right to choose new winners.

6. The organizers of the campaign have the right to ask all winners for proof to verify the fair winnings. This can be done by checking the name of the winners from the Live Nation Estonia user database or an e-mail confirming registration as a member of the concert club.

7. In the event of force majeure, the Organizer has the unilateral right to cancel the Campaign and not to draw the prizes and/or not hand over the prizes to the winners, immediately informing the participants of the campaign through the media.

8. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9. All complaints regarding the organization and/or execution of the campaign must be sent in writing via the campaign e-mail info@livenation.ee
